How long does shipping take?
We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days) and express shipping (2-3 business days) across India. International orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Please check at checkout for availability in your region.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges of ₹99 apply.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Some items like personal care products may have different return policies for hygiene reasons.
How do I initiate a return?
Log into your account, go to your order history, and select the item you wish to return. Follow the prompts to generate a return label. You can also contact our customer service team for assistance.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?

Can I pay cash on delivery?
