At ELNEOR, we stand behind the quality of our products and follow a resolution-based return process to ensure fairness and transparency for our customers.


🔁 Issue Reporting & Eligibility

ELNEOR does not offer general product returns.
Requests for replacement or refund are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories

📸 Clear photos or videos are mandatory for verification and approval.


❌ Non-Eligible Cases

Requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

  • Products missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories

  • Clearance, discounted, or sale items (where explicitly mentioned)


🔄 Replacement Policy

  • Free replacement is provided for approved cases

  • Replacement dispatch timeline: 3–5 business days after approval

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability


💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method


🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI only

  • Customers may be required to share accurate bank or UPI details

  • Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation is not possible
