🔁 Issue Reporting & Eligibility
ELNEOR does not offer general product returns.
Requests for replacement or refund are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

The issue is reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery

The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories
📸 Clear photos or videos are mandatory for verification and approval.
❌ Non-Eligible Cases
Requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

Products missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories

Clearance, discounted, or sale items (where explicitly mentioned)
🔄 Replacement Policy

Free replacement is provided for approved cases

Replacement dispatch timeline: 3–5 business days after approval

Replacement is subject to stock availability
💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval

Refunds are credited to the original payment method
🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI only
